Before your first visit
Does acupuncture hurt?
Most people feel a brief, light prick, then a dull heaviness or warmth around the point. The needles are far finer than the ones used for injections, and many patients relax so deeply that they doze off.
Are the needles safe?
We use sterile, single-use needles that are disposed of after every session. Tell us beforehand about any medication, pregnancy or medical condition so your plan can be adjusted.
What does laser therapy feel like?
Usually nothing at all, or a mild warmth. A low-level laser does not cut or burn; it is light at a therapeutic dose, aimed at the area being treated, and you wear protective glasses throughout.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the problem and how long you have had it. Your first visit starts with an assessment, after which Dr. Issa suggests a plan and reviews your progress as you go.
Do you offer home visits?
Yes. After an initial assessment of the case, treatment can be arranged at home for patients who cannot easily come to the clinic. Message us on WhatsApp to ask.
